Clarity.
Allow me to clarify.
This video pissed off a home-schooled conservative moron from Kentucky who thought I should keep my focus on fat jokes. I’m guessing Obama has continued these Bush-era violations.
NY Times: Federal judge Finds NSA Wiretaps Were Illegal: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/04/01/us/01nsa.html

A) I have to assume he is doing something he can’t justify because why else WOULDN’T he get a warrant? From what I have heard, he can get one up to 24 hours AFTER the wiretap. The Patriot Act can’t justify listening in to an al-qaeda conversation?
B) who are these terrorists using landlines? VolIP people! Skype!
C) good entry
All these “war-time measures” in a war without an end. Specious arguments proferred by the rats to appease the easily appeasable citizenry. Nobody screaming really, just the occasional whimper of “hey, um, can you guys do that?”.
The Nation That Was Mutilated By Apathy.
Right on dog! Right to the point of it!
Yeah, Man!
The 4th is what makes me walk home rather than be “randomly” searched by a cop before getting on a subway here at home. I keep a copy in my bag.
But freedom’s on the march! Frigging communist!

Me Am Love This Video.
Very direct and powerful. And sadly necessary, some people want to ignore the plain text. What a bunch of shits.
You’re right, it is a fine line, that very often needs highlighting, between protecting the rights of citizens and protecting the citizens. I think it’s wonderful that we live in a country that allows/demands the citizenship keep a vigulance of that line. On a side note, I also find it amazing that this is the same country that vigalently defends #4, routenly tramples #2 and miss reads and abuses #1….but alas, is definately better than the alternative.
ps. good, straight forward commentary (for someone who was obviously droped on his head as a child)
